LONDON (Alliance News) - Technology company Altitude Group PLC Friday said that talks over the potential sale of its exhibitions and publications business have now ended, as it traded in line with its expectations in the first half of 2016.
The company said trading had been in line, with the benefits of restructuring resulting in a cost reduction of around GBP1.8 million as it had planned.
It had been considering the sale of its exhibitions and publications business, and in April was in early stage discussions over the possibility. However, this has now ended, as it has decided that shareholders would be " which also provides the group with an ideal outlet through which it can grow recurring technology revenue without incurring external marketing costs."
Shares in Altitude Group were untraded Friday afternoon. They last closed at 11.75 pence.
