(Alliance News) - Promotional products maker Altitude Group PLC said on Tuesday that it has changed its year-end date to March 31 from December 31.
The company said the change was due to the fourth quarter of the calendar year being a major trading period in the US market which could generate a large amount of potential revenue for the company.
Altitude also said a leading promotional products industry event, which requires company and management focus, occurs in early January.
The company will still post its 2019 interim results for the period ended June 30 on September 30.
A detailed trading update for the period up to December 31 will be published in early 2020 with a full-year report for the 15 months to March 31 due no later than July 31.
Thereafter, Altitude's interim period will concern the six months to the end of September.
Shares in Altitude were down 5.4% at 106.00 pence each in London on Tuesday afternoon.
