LONDON (Alliance News) - Altitude Group PLC said Tuesday said it expects to save GBP1.2 million in costs following a management shuffle and some restructuring of its operations, at the cost of GBP150,000.
Altitude provides technology and information services for the promotional products, print and clothing industries.
In a statement ahead of the company's annual general meeting the company detailed the changes it has made to is management structure; namely the appointment of Vicky Robinson as managing director, and the appointment of Peter Hallett as a non-executive director.
"Our new management structure enables the group to remove inefficient and duplicated back office functions from across the businesses and geographies," said Executive Chairman Richard Sowerby in the statement.
Additionally the company has consolidated a number of its sales and customer facing operations together in the US and UK. It said that the impact of these changes is still being fully realised.
Shares in Altitude are untraded Tuesday morning, it last closed at 10.00 pence.
