LONDON (Alliance News) - Products marketplace operator Altitude Group PLC said on Thursday it has promoted its current President of US Operations Nichole Stella to chief executive officer with effect from June 5.
This will lead to the current Executive Chairman Peter Hallett taking on a non-executive role.
Stella was first appointed as president of US operations in September, joining from industry supplier M Rubin & Sons, where she was executive vice-president for corporate strategy & development.
Prior to that she was president & chief revenue officer at business-to-business magazine Promo Marketing as part of digital media company NAPCO Media, where she was for 12 years from 2005.
"Nichole has had a considerable impact on the company since she joined us in September 2017 and I am delighted that she will now be assuming the role of chief executive officer. We have seen first-hand that Nichole has the experience, knowledge and ambition to help Altitude meet its growth targets over the coming months and years and we are confident that we are best placed to achieve these ambitions under her leadership," Hallett said.
Shares in Altitude Group were up 8.2% at 80.64 pence on Thursday.
