LONDON (Alliance News) - Alternative Asset Opportunities PCC Ltd Thursday said it has provided information regarding its portfolio to some parties that are interested in potentially making a bid for the portfolio.
"The board announces that, in line with its strategy of continuing to keep policy sales under review, it is exploring the possibility of a sale of the portfolio and to that end has provided information on the company's portfolio of policies to certain interested parties," said Alternative Asset Opportunities.
"It should be emphasised that discussions are at a very early stage and accordingly there can be no assurances that any transaction will occur," it added.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
Alternative Asset Opportunities shares were trading up 7.8% to 38.0 pence per share on Thursday.
