LONDON (Alliance News) - Alpha Real Trust Ltd Thursday said its net asset value was stable over the third quarter.
Its net asset value rose to 106.5 pence from 106.4 pence in the three months to December 31, 2013.
"The company is actively seeking to increase the yield of its portfolio by additional investment, funded from its cash and liquid holdings, capital recycling and enhanced performance from existing investments," it said in a statement.
"The company continues to see encouraging performance in its underlying investments and remains well positioned to capitalise on new opportunities across asset backed investment and debt markets in the UK and Europe," the company added.
Alpha Real Trust invests in high-yielding property debt and equity in Western Europe.
Its shares were Thursday quoted at 51.70 pence, down 0.80 pence, or 1.5%.
