LONDON (Alliance News) - Alpha Real Trust Ltd said on Friday that it has appointed Melanie Torode to its board with immediate effect.
On Wednesday, Alpha Real also announced that its director, Roderic Sage, had stepped down but has not named a replacement.
Shares in Alpha Real Trust closed down 1.5% at 124.12 pence each on Friday.
