LONDON (Alliance News) - Financial services firm Alpha Growth PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Citadel Legal Services LLP's Jason Sutherland to its board.
Sutherland, who is senior partner and founder of Atlanta-based Citadel, joins with immediate effect.
Alpha also said Chief Financial Officer Rory Heier has become a non-executive director, though stays as CFO.
Executive Chair Gobind Sahney said: "We are really pleased to announce the appointment of Jason. It is a significant capture on our part to have him join the team. He brings a wealth of experience and industry relationships to the team having organised and managed billions of policies and assets through his career.
"His reputation and relationships in the industry, alongside Rajiv and Danny, provides Alpha with a really strong and dependable management team, that sophisticated investors and institutions require."
Shares were up 18% on Wednesday at 1.95 pence each.
