(Alliance News) - Allied Minds PLC on Wednesday said its auditors have struggled to complete its 2019 audit due to Covid-19, causing a delay to its results publication.
The intellectual property commercialisation firm, which focuses on early-stage technology companies, said the "challenges caused by Covid-19" caused its auditors to become delayed in the completion of its 2019 audit.
As the UK Financial Conduct Authority has granted temporary relief amid the pandemic, meaning companies do not face imminent suspension for failure to publish results, Allied Minds now intends to publish its annual 2019 results by June 4 at the latest, having originally intended to publish them on Wednesday next week.
Shares in Allied Minds were down 0.3% at 26.27 pence in London on Wednesday.
