LONDON (Alliance News) - Allergy Therapeutics PLC on Thursday said Finance Director Ian Postlethwaite has resigned to pursue a new opportunity.
Postlethwaite will remain in the role for up to six months to allow time for a suitable successor to be appointed and for an orderly handover.
The search for a replacement has commenced, the pharmaceutical company said.
"Ian leaves the company in the strongest position it has ever been in, in terms of sales, cash balance and growth potential. We are very positive about the future of Allergy Therapeutics and wish Ian the best for his ongoing career," Chairman Peter Jensen said in a statement.
Shares in Allergy Therapeutics were untraded on Thursday, last quoted at 26.17 pence.
