Allan Gray Ups Interest In Caledonia Mining Corp To 20% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Caledonia Mining Corp PLC said on Thursday that shareholder Allan Gray has upped his interest in the company through Allan Gray Africa ex-Equity Fund Ltd to 1.3 million shares, reflecting a 12.4690% stake.

This has taken Gray's total shareholding in the company to 2.1 million shares, representing 20%.

Shares in the miner were up 1.5% at 520.00 pence on Thursday.
