LONDON (Alliance News) - Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC said Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Viv Maclachlan will step down from her role with effect at the company's general meeting on April 26 to "pursue other opportunities".
The finance-focused software firm will start the search for a successor shortly.
Maclachlan has been part of Alfa Financial for three years since 2016, and prior to that was part of audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers for 16 years from 2000 to 2016, leaving as director in the Capital Markets Group.
Shares in Alfa Financial Software were down 0.5% at 158.40 pence on Thursday.
