(Alliance News) - Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC on Friday said it has signed a global partnership deal with consulting firm Accenture.
Shares in Alfa Financial were up 3.2% at 93.33 pence in London, where the company is headquartered, in early morning trade.
Alfa Financial, which develops software for used in the asset finance industry, said the agreement creates a basis for the two firms to market and collaborate "on software implementation projects worldwide".
The companies have both worked together before, with the partnership agreement intended to formalise this relationship. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Alfa Financial Chief Executive Andrew Denton said: "We are delighted to be able to announce this global partnership agreement with Accenture. They are a world-class organisation who share our focus on industry expertise, project delivery and technology leadership.
"Partnership is a fundamental part of our growth strategy, and working with a partner like Accenture will help us accelerate our efforts to deliver Alfa to customers who want to become digital leaders."
