(Alliance News) - Asset finance industry-focused software firm Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC on Tuesday announced the appointment of a new board member.
David Stead will be joining as a non-executive director with immediate effects.
Stead previously served as finance chief at home furnishings retailer Dunelm PLC for 12 years and also headed up finances at chemist Boots's main trading division.
Alfa shares were 5.1% higher on Tuesday morning at a price of 82.63 pence each.
