LONDON (Alliance News) - Aldermore Group PLC shares were admitted to unconditional trading on Friday, having started conditional dealings on Tuesday, and were up 1.1% on the day to 222.5 pence.
Shares in the bank had surged higher during conditional dealings on Tuesday, having floated at 192 pence per share. Shares in the bank have risen 16% since the start of conditional dealings.
Aldermore's offer price gave the bank a market capitalisation of GBP651 million when dealings began. The IPO raised GBP75 million for the lender, while backer Anacap, the private equity firm, also sold part of its holding in the company.
