(Alliance News) - Alcentra European Floating Rating Income Fund Ltd on Monday said it has repurchased shares worth GBP16.8 million following a tender offer launched in mid-November.
The investment firm said it bought back 16.5 million shares at a price of 101.82 pence each.
Alcentra said it will hold the repurchased shares in treasury, in line with its policy.
The stock closed 0.6% lower in London on Monday at 99.21p a share, giving Alcentra a market capitalisation of GBP118.9 million.
