(Alliance News) - Albion Development VCT PLC on Monday said Ben Larkin has become chair with immediate effect, replacing outgoing Chair Geoffrey Vero.
In addition, Albion said James O'Shaughnessy will be appointed to the board, also with immediate effect.
The investment firm said Larkin was appointed as a non-executive director in December 2016. He is also a partner at Jones Day solicitors and has extensive experience of private equity and structured finance transactions.
O'Shaughnessy has operated across UK government, including as a parliamentary under secretary in the department for Health & Social Care.
Albion Development VCT shares were untraded on Monday in London, last closing at 79.00 pence each.
