LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment manager Albion Capital Group LLP said Tuesday it is raising GBP36 million in aggregate for its six listed venture capital funds by launching a prospectus top up offer of new shares for subscription in the 2018 to 2019 and 2019 to 2020 tax years.
The funds receiving GBP6 million each are: Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC, Albion Development VCT PLC, Albion Enterprises VCT PLC, Albion Technology & General VCT PLC, Crown Place VCT PLC and Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC.
There will also be an over-allotment facility for a further GBP2 million for each fund.
Shares in Albion Venture Capital Trust were untraded Tuesday but last closed at 71.50 pence each. Albion Development was also untraded but last closed at 76.00p. Albion Enterprise last closed at 106.0p. Albion Technology & General last closed 72.0p. Crown Place last closed at 31.40p. Kings Arms Yard shares were trading down 4.6% Tuesday at 21.0p.
