(Alliance News) -Â Alba Mineral Resources PLC on Monday said it has terminated an investment facility with a US-based institutional investment fund managed by Bergen Asset Management LLC.
The agreement provided funding in the form of unsecured zero coupon convertible securities issued by mineral exploration firm Alba. The investment was first announced in February.
Now it has been terminated, Alba will issue no further convertible securities and the investor will provide no further funding. Alba did not give a reason behind the termination.
Shares in Alba were up 16% at 0.505 pence in London on Monday.
