LONDON (Alliance News) - Al Noor Hospitals Group PLC Friday appointed former Bupa manager Bill Ward as one of its non-executive directors, as it added healthcare experience to its board of directors.
In a statement, the hospital company said it had appointed Ward, former managing director of Bupa International and a director of Bupa's Middle East business, and Khaldoun Haj Hasan, the founder of a Middle East private equity company, to its board as non-executives.
Al Noor runs private hospitals and medical centres in Abu Dhabi and the wider region.
Al-Noor shares were up 1.2% at 845 pence Friday, one of the biggest gainers on the FTSE 250.
