Akers Biosciences Nets USD49,000 From Warrants Exercise (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Akers Biosciences Inc, a developer of health screening and testing products, said Friday that it has netted USD48,750 from warrants exercise.

The company received exercise notices from warrant holders to exercise warrants over an aggregate 260,000 shares of common stock, with an exercise price of 18.75 cents per share. The warrants were granted pursuant to the public offering announced on December 19, 2017.

Shares in the company closed at 49.45 pence, down 1.1%.
