LONDON (Alliance News) - Air Partner PLC said Thursday its shares were temporarily suspended from trading as the aviation services company was unable to publish its annual accounts.
"This unforeseen delay is a result of the volume of work required to complete the accounting review and its impact on the financial year audit and the prior year restatements," the group said.
"It is in no way related to the company's current trading, cash flow, banking arrangements or any underlying issue."
Air Partner said it expects the accounts to be published no later than June 11.
