AIM WINNERS & LOSERS: RA International suffers "frustrating" 2021

16th Feb 2022 10:22

(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers on AIM in London on Wednesday.

----------

AIM - WINNERS

----------

Sound Energy PLC, up 11% at 1.99 pence, 12-month range 1.20p-3.70p. The Moroccan-focused upstream gas company reports it has issued contractor Italfluid Geoenergy Srl a "notice to proceed" a project contract at the Tendrara concession in Morocco. Alongside the notice, an initial payment of USD5 million has been made to Italfluid.

----------

MySale Group PLC, up 6.3% at 2.29 pence, 12-month range 0.015p-2.50p. Shares in the Australia, New Zealand and south east Asia-focused online retailer recover somewhat after slumping 35% on Tuesday. MySale had said revenue fell in its first half ended December 31, while supply chain difficulties hit profit.

----------

AIM - LOSERS

----------

RA International Group PLC, down 22% at 29.50p, 12-month range 27.10p-70.00p. The remote site services provider expects revenue for 2021 to fall 19% to USD54 million from USD64.2 million. Underlying earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation are to halve to USD7 million from USD14.2 million. "This has been a frustrating period, with client and Covid-19 related operating constraints continuing to cause inefficiencies and exceptional delays in executing projects, in tender issues, awards and in project mobilisations," Chief Executive Soraya Narfeldt says.
