Focusrite PLC, up 14% at 187.50 pence, 12-month range 130.00p-295.00p. The music and audio products hails a "resilient performance" in the face of tough market conditions. Revenue in the six months to August 31 amounts to GBP87 million, rising from GBP81.6 million on-year. The comparative period was Focusrite's second half of the prior financial year. It changed its year-end to February 28 from the end of August. Its next batch of audited results will be for the 18 months to February 28, 2026. For the 12 months to August 31, revenue is higher at GBP168 million, from GBP158.5 million a year prior. "While macroeconomic conditions remain uncertain, particularly in the US, the Group has taken proactive steps to mitigate risks," Focusrite adds. It expects adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation for the 12 months to August to be within the range of market forecasts, which it puts at GBP24.5 million to GBP26.0 million.

Kromek Group PLC, up 9.3% at 5.30p, 12-month range 4.30p-9.50p. The developer of radiation and bio-detection technology, serving imaging and chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear detection segments reports a rise in annual revenue and a swing to profit. Kromek's pretax profit for the year to April 30 amounts to GBP3.1 million, ahead of market expectations, and swinging from a GBP3.5 million loss. The bottom line was "positive for the first time in the history of Kromek". Revenue increases 37% to GBP26.5 million from GBP19.4 million.

Manolete Partners PLC, down 13% at 100.00p, 12-month range 70.14p-125.00p. The litigation financing firm reports it has "settled fewer large cases" year-on-year recently. "In the five months to 31 August 2025, four cases settled at a value greater than GBP250,000 compared to ten in the same period last year," Manolete says. "The level of activity throughout the year for Manolete is not linear, and a number of higher value completions are expected over the coming months alongside a strong pipeline of potential case signings. The board is confident in the outlook for the business for the full year, but realised revenues are expected to be significantly weighted towards the second half of the financial year."
