AIM - WINNERS

Uru Metals Ltd, up 4.6% at 5.75 pence, 12-month range 2p-9p. The mineral exploration & development company says an independent 3-D inversion of high-resolution aeromagnetic and airborne gravity data has delineated four drill targets at the Zeb nickel project in South Africa's Limpopo Province. These were four coherent bodies concealed beneath Transvaal dolomite or within the known Uitloop intrusion, Uru says. Targets 1 and 2 are high-priority with "large, coincident gravity-magnetic anomalies directly beneath parallel lobes of the Uitloop chonolith, interpreted as feeder conduits where massive sulphides could pond". Uru adds that modelling indicates dense zones from around 100 metres to over 800 metres below the surface, "significantly deeper than historic drilling, underscoring the untested potential at depth". Comments: "These highlights confirm that multiple dense, magnetically susceptible bodies lie wholly within the company's licence...Importantly, the new modelling expands the search footprint, both laterally and to depths well beyond historic drilling, and delivers a suite of clearly defined, drill-ready targets. Together, these factors give the company a compelling, capital-efficient path to massive sulphide discovery, rapid resource definition and near-term value creation for shareholders."

AIM - LOSERS
----------
Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC, down 34% at 2.375p, 12-month range 2.375p-12.5p. The London-based software company focused on artificial intelligence and growth services for small to medium companies has raised GBP1.0 million gross from the placing of 41.9 million new shares "with institutional and sophisticated investors" at 2.5p per share. The placing price represents a discount of around 31% to its closing price on Monday. Pri0r1ty says it will allocate the net proceeds to "support the company's ongoing business operations thereby seeking to capitalise on the numerous client acquisition opportunities available as well as funding growth opportunities including a potential corporate acquisition". Elaborates that it has signed a non-binding term sheet for an all-share acquisition of sports data management business Halfspace Ltd. "This fundraising represents an important step in Pri0r1ty's evolution...The potential acquisition of Halfspace alongside our existing business growth opportunities and potentially, expanded treasury management strategy, reflects our commitment to exploring cutting-edge technologies and businesses that complement our AI expertise," Chief Executive Officer James Sheehan said. "The proceeds will enable us to explore new opportunities for value creation while maintaining focus on our established AI platform business."

Engage XR Holdings PLC, down 16% at 0.8p, 12-month range 0.54p-2.2p. The Waterford, Ireland-based virtual reality technology company reports total revenue of EUR3.4 million for 2024, down 8% from EUR3.7 million in 2023 "due to delayed contract closures (expected in 2025) and reduced one-off enterprise activity". Says education revenue grew to EUR1.3 million from EUR1.1 million due to strong renewals and expansion from OptimaED (USA), InspiredED (UK) and other partners. Pretax loss totals EUR4.0 million, narrowed from EUR3.7 million. Company says its "pivot to education and [corporate] training" continues, with this now representing over 50% of year-to-date revenue in 2025. Adds that its cost base reduced significantly in the second quarter of the current year, and that the first five months of 2025 have seen "good progress" but "the company is still being impacted by delays in the pipeline converting into signed contracts". Still, Engage XR expects "progress in the sales pipeline throughout 2025 and 2026 as [it] works closely with Meta [Platforms Inc], Lenovo [Group Ltd] and a host of global resellers".
