Amte Power PLC, up 12% at 82.00 pence, 12-month range 54.00p-236.50p. The firm signs a deal with automotive engineering firm Cosworth to support the development of its new electric vehicles. Under the agreement, Amte will supply its 'ultra high power cells' to be used in Cosworth's propulsion technology.

Kromek Group PLC, up 6.0% at 12.18 pence, 12-month range 7.91p-20.60p. The detection technology supplier seals a GBP1.7 million fundraising through an issue of convertible loan notes to existing and new investors. "The proceeds of the Fundraising will be used to provide additional working capital to minimise any potential supply chain disruption to the delivery of contracts during the year," Kromek says. The notes are convertible at 15p each, a 30% premium to its 11.50p closing price on Thursday.

DeepVerge PLC, down 6.6% at 14.24p, 12-month range 9.02p-33.00p. Warns annual revenue is likely to come in below market expectations, despite signs of substantial growth. The Dublin-based environmental and life science group says revenue rose 95% year-on-year to GBP6.5 million from GBP3.3 million in the first half of 2022. For the year as a whole, it expects revenue to be over GBP18 million, which is below current market expectations. In 2021, it reported revenue of GBP9.3 million.
