25th Jul 2022 11:24

(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers on AIM in London on Monday.

----------

AIM - WINNERS

----------

7digital Group PLC, up 37% at 0.31 pence, 12-month range 0.14p-1.00p. The music licensing provider says it has signed a long-term contract with music fintech company Utopia Music AG. The financial sum of the deal with Zug, Switzerland-based Utopia Music is undisclosed.

----------

Hurricane Energy PLC, up 18% at 8.55p, 12-month range 2.00p-12.37p. The oil and gas producer repays its outstanding USD78.5 million 7.5% convertible bonds and a further USD1.5 million of accrued interest by the maturity date of July 24. Says the repayment leaves it debt free, with "significant" cash on hand.

----------

AIM - LOSERS

----------

Argos Resources Ltd, down 18% at 1.43p, 12-month range 0.63p-4.50p. The oil and gas exploration company plans to raise more capital, as its loss widens. For 2021, Argos saw a total comprehensive loss of USD356,000, widened from USD299,000 the year before. Administrative expenses went up by 17% to USD355,000 from USD303,000. As at December 31, cash reserves stood at USD304,000, compared to USD438,000 a year prior. Argos Resources says it plans to raise additional capital to support the licence extension. In June, the chair agreed a drawdown facility of GBP110,000 to provide additional working capital.

----------

Naked Wines PLC, down 4.6% at 157.50p, 12-month range 133.30p-895.00p. The online wine retailer says Chief Financial Officer Shawn Tabak stepped down last Friday, following a stark sales warning in June. Tabak has been CFO of Naked Wines since December 2020, succeeding James Crawford who held the position for five years between April 2015 to November 2020. Crawford, who is currently managing director of the Naked Wines business in the UK, has been appointed as CFO on an interim basis through to June 2023. The board position vacated by Tabak will not be filled at this time, the company adds.
