(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers on AIM in London on Tuesday.

AIM - WINNERS

TP Group PLC, up 36% at 5.30 pence, 12-month range 3.15p-7.50p. The engineering company says it received a takeover approach from Science Group PLC, but it urged shareholders not to take any action at this time. Says approach was preliminary, and there is no certainty any deal will be agreed. Science Group says prior approaches for TP were all rejected without discussion. Science shares are off 3.0%.

Marlowe PLC, up 8.8% at 818.00p, 12-month range 504.00p-909.75p. The safety services and software provider confirms that it does not intend to make an offer for Restore PLC. Marlowe says price demanded by Restore was too high. In late July, Restore confirmed that Marlowe had approached the company over a possible takeover offer worth 530p per share. In response, Restore says it is delighted to have received strong support from its shareholders. The stock is 3.8% lower at 485.00p.

Verditek PLC, down 19% at 3.77p, 12-month range 2.00p-18.87p. The clean technology company says that it has raised just over GBP350,000 through crowdfunding platform Crowd for Angels.
