Tekcapital PLC, up 15% at 14.99 pence, 12-month range 8.00p-21.95p. The UK intellectual property investment company notes portfolio company Belluscura's announcement of a planned initial public offering. Belluscura, a medical device developer focused on oxygen, plans to list on AIM in London in late May.

AFC Energy PLC, up 8.1% at 58.31p, 12-month range 12.41p-94.40p. The hydrogen power generation technology firm says Elaine Sullivan, wife of Chair Gary Bullard, buys 40,000 shares at 55.3p each Thursday, in a deal worth GBP22,120. Non-Executive Director Joseph Mangion buys 10,093 shares at a price of 54.50p each, worth GBP5,500.

Rambler Metals & Mining PLC, down 20% at 0.44p, 12-month range 0.20p-2.00p. The miner says that delays to the production ramp-up at its Canadian project have hit its cash position in the short term, and it is investigating financing options.

Chamberlin PLC, down 12% at 12.12p, 12-month range 6.00p-19.45p. The castings and engineering firm says Neil Davies is to step down from his role as group finance director and is being replaced by Finance Controller Alan Tomlinson.
