AIM WINNERS & LOSERS: Kodal Minerals takes full ownership of Bougouni

3rd Nov 2021 10:43

(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers on AIM in London on Wednesday.

----------

AIM - WINNERS

----------

Kodal Minerals PLC, up 9.4% to 0.36 pence, 12-month range 0.06p-0.5p. Takes 100% interest in all concessions of the Bougouni lithium project, southern Mali, after buying the minority shareholdings of the original vendor parties of the project. "These acquisitions further strengthen Kodal's ability to negotiate value accretive development opportunities and financing structures, which will be key as we move towards our construction phase," says Chief Executive Bernard Aylward.

----------

Synectics PLC, up 8.7% at 119.00p, 12-month range 86p-159.5p. Wins two major new casino projects in North America. Will provide new surveillance management systems based on its Synergy software platform for Fallsview Casino Resort - the largest gaming resort facility in Canada - and its sister property, Casino Niagara. Delivery will start before the end of this year, with a five-year support contract already agreed, following completion in early 2022.

----------

AIM - LOSERS

----------

Empire Metals Ltd, down 12% at 1.45p, 12-month range 1.38p-5.73p. Says 2,379 metres of reverse ciruclation drilling has been completed at Central Menzies gold project, Australia, focusing on the two mineralised trends known as Teglio and Nugget Patch. Managing Director Shaun Bunn says: "The lack of significant intercepts in the near vicinity of the historical Teglio mine shaft requires further geological evaluation to determine the nature of these high-grade shoots and how and where they may extend along strike and at depth."

----------

Tekcapital PLC, down 12% at 30.17p, 12-month range 8p-35.3p. Raises GBP3.0 million in oversubscribed placing from existing and new shareholders. Issues 10.7 million shares at price of 28p each.
