Arden Partners PLC, up 17% at 16.99 pence, 12-month range 6.00p-19.40p. The stockbroker says it has seen strong performances across all areas of the business delivering a consistently profitable performance for its recent half-year period. For six months to April 30, swings to pretax profit of GBP940,000 from GBP1.5 million loss last year on revenue of GBP5.0 million, up from GBP2.3 million. Does not declare interim dividend however. "We remain confident of delivering a profitable result for the year as a whole, the scale of which will be determined by the delivery of pipeline deals," it says.

Cambridge Cognition Holdings PLC, up 10% at 184.00p, 12-month range 35.10p-182.00p. The digital neuroscience company completes spin-out of drug development company Monument Therapeutic Ltd.

AIM - LOSERS

Biome Technologies PLC, down 21% at 380.00p, 12-month range 120.00p-510.00p. The bioplastics and radio frequency technology warns revenue for this year and next will be materially below market expectations, and its underlying loss will be greater than expected. It also expects a significant delay in US end-customer contracts which will hurt growth in the near-term.

Argentex Group PLC, down 8.8% at 114.44p, 12-month range 95.00p-180.00p. The foreign-exchange service provider posts fall in annual earnings. For the financial year to March 31, pretax profit GBP7.4 million, down 27% from GBP10.2 million last year on revenue of GBP28.1 million, down 3.1% from GBP29.0 million. Argentex declares a final dividend of 2.0p a share, unchanged from last year.
