LONDON (Alliance News) - Aggregated Micro Power Holdings PLC, a aggregator of distributed heat and power and renewable fuels, said Wednesday it invested an additional GBP1.5 million in investee Incubex LLC.
The company has participated in a USD5 million fundraising round by Incubex, in which it currently has 27.89% stake.
Aggregated Micro Power's subscription, in the event of full participation from all other Incubex shareholders, would be reduced to GBP1.3 million. Assuming a full USD5 million fundraising and an investment by the company of GBP1.5 million, Aggregated Micro Power would hold 29.16% in Incubex.
The company's existing shareholding in Incubex is valued at GBP2.3 million as at September 30.
The stock was flat at 102.50 pence Wednesday.
