LONDON (Alliance News) - Aggregated Micro Power Holdings PLC on Friday said it has extended an option under which it is able to acquire the entirety of Forest Fuels Holdings Ltd to March 31, 2016 from December 31, 2015.
"The other terms of the agreement remain the same. These include GBP3.0 million in cash and following certain performance criteria being met, a further 2.5 million new ordinary shares in due course," the company said.
Shares in Aggregated Micro Power were untraded on Friday, having closed at 76.00 pence on Thursday.
