LONDON (Alliance News) - African Potash Ltd on Monday said it has appointed Christopher Cleverly as its executive chairman with immediate effect.
Cleverly will replace current chairman Jean-Pierre Conrad, who will remain with the company as a non-executive director, and will take over the duties of Chief Executive Officer Edward Marlow, who will also remain on the board as a non-executive.
"African Potash represents a compelling investment opportunity and I am excited to be taking the helm as we look to highlight the value of Lac Dinga through the advancement of strategic partnership discussions, and also assess other new opportunities for the company, to maximise shareholder value," said Cleverly.
