(Alliance News) - AFC Energy PLC on Wednesday said it has signed an agreement for the manufacturing of a key component used in the company's hydrogen fuel cell system.
The fuel cell power company has signed a manufacturing framework agreement with UK based Advanced Plastics Ltd for the manufacture and delivery of flow plates, used in the company's hydrogen fuel cell system.
Under the agreement, Advanced Plastics will be responsible for the procurement of industrial moulding tools for the flow plate manufacture. The industrial moulding tools, once received, will enable AFC Energy to commence the ordering of flow plates for system deployment.
Shares in AFC Energy were marginally lower at 4.77 pence each.
