LONDON (Alliance News) - AEW UK REIT PLC on Wednesday said it bought an office property in Bristol for GBP7.2 million.
40 Queen Square comprises a city centre office investment, multi-let with a weighted average unexpired lease term of approximately three years to expiry and one-and-a-half years to break.
AEW UK REIT now has approximately GBP107 million invested in 21 properties.
"We are pleased to have acquired this office investment which is well located in the heart of Bristol with increasing levels of occupier demand driving rental growth," Portfolio Manager Alex Short said in a statement.
Shares in the trust closed up 0.7% at 102.00 pence on Wednesday.
