LONDON (Alliance News) - Live events agency Aeorema Communications PLC said Wednesday it expects to post an increased annual revenue due to a strong operational performance.
Shares in Aeorema were up 21% at 32.00 pence on Wednesday afternoon.
The company expects to record total revenues of at least GBP4.7 million for its financial year ended June 30, an 11% increase from its GBP4.2 million revenue the previous year.
Its operating profit before exceptional items is set to be GBP280,000, up 12% from GBP248,367. Exceptional items include one-off management restructuring costs.
As at June 30 the company's cash stood at GBP1.4 million, down from GBP1.9 million the prior year.
Aeorema intends to pay, subject to the publication of its annual results, a final dividend of 0.75p per share, a 50% increase from 0.5p per share in financial 2017.
"Looking ahead, the company anticipates a similarly positive performance for the upcoming year as it continues to build upon on its position as an industry-leading, profitable, dividend-paying business with an illustrious blue-chip client base," Aeorema said in a statement.
