LONDON (Alliance News) - Aeorema Communications PLC Wednesday saw pretax profit almost double in the half year ended December 31, 2013.
The events and communications company posted a pretax profit of GBP225,941, almost doubled from GBP114,460 from the previous year. Revenue rose to GBP1.8 million from GBP1.7 million in the previous year.
Aeorema said the improving UK economy had filtered through to the US communications market, and the use of events has grown.
The company said it had worked on events in Bali, Davos and Malta since the start of 2014.
Shares in Aeorema were trading down 8.7% at 69.00 pence Wednesday morning.
