LONDON (Alliance News) - Aeorema Communications PLC said Friday that Chief Executive Officer Steve Garvey has resigned from his position with immediate effect, and it expects to post a fall in pretax profit in its current financial year.
Garvey had been appointed last July. The company didn't say why he was leaving.
The live events firm said that based on its current trading, it expects to post a pretax profit for the year to end-June of GBP250,000, down from the GBP504,841 it posted the year before, on revenue of GBP4.2 million, down from GBP4.8 million.
Shares in Aeorema are trading down 10.4% at 30.12 pence Friday morning.
