LONDON (Alliance News) - Advanced Oncotherapy PLC Monday said it has realised net cash of GBP290,000 after selling a facility in Southampton, money it will put towards developing its LIGHT proton therapy system.
The developer of proton therapy systems for treating cancer, which used to be a property investor, said it now just has a property in Folkestone left to sell, a deal that will leave it solely focused on the LIGHT system. It is also looking at strategic options for Oncotherapy Resources Ltd, its subsidiary focused on distributing an innovative brachytherapy device.
Advanced Oncotherapy shares were up 0.5% at 4.80 pence Monday morning.
