LONDON (Alliance News) - Advanced Oncotherapy PLC on Monday said talks with a potential strategic partner on non-dilutive financing arrangements are continuing, and their scope has expanded.
The company, which is developing proton therapy systems for cancer treatment, began talks with an undisclosed potential strategic partner over a proposal for non-dilutive financing arrangements last September.
At that time it raised GBP10.0 million in a share subscription to help fund work in developing its first system, to be installed at London's Harley Street hospital.
Advanced Oncotherapy said it will keep the market informed of any developments in these talks.
Shares in Advanced Oncotherapy were up 0.5% at 74.40 pence Monday.
