Advanced Oncotherapy Issues Shares Under Warrant Exercise (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Advanced Oncotherapy PLC on Friday said it has issued 5 million shares under a warrant exercise and has issued a further 3.7 million shares under its deal with Brahma AG and further five-year warrants to the company.

Advanced Oncotherapy said the 5 million warrants have been issued at a subscription price of 1 pence per share.

In addition, the company has issued 3.7 million shares and 4.2 million five-year warrants under its agreement with Brahma. Brahma is the former owner of ADAM, a CERN spin-off based in Geneva which provides three-room cancer treatment centres using proton beam therapy, which Advanded Oncotherapy acquired in 2013.

The new warrants are exercisable at 8.25 pence per share.

Shares in Advanced Oncotherapy were up 1.4% to 9.00 pence on Friday.
