LONDON (Alliance News) - Advanced Oncotherapy PLC said Wednesday that it has issued 34.1 million shares to Brahma AG at a price of 1.1 pence following her exercise of warrants by Brahma.
Shares in the company are trading down 4.8% at 7.14 pence Wednesday morning.
Advanced Oncotherapy said that as a result of this Alberto Colussi, either directly or through his vehicle Brahma, now has a 19.35% interest in the company.
"The exercise of these warrants shows the continued support and confidence of Brahma and the Colussi family which we greatly appreciate," said Chief Financial Officer Nicolas Serandour in a statement.
