LONDON (Alliance News) - Advanced Oncotherapy PLC said Thursday that it had appointed Jay Loeffler to its Medical Advisory board.
Loeffler is currently the Herman and Joan Suit Professor of Radiation Oncology at Harvard Medical School and chair of the department of Radiation Oncology at the Massachusetts General Hospital.
"This is a very important appointment for us. Jay is perhaps the world's leading expert on focal radiotherapy treatment of tumours," said Chief Executive Officer Mike Sinclair in a statement.
Shares in the healthcare real estate developer were trading up 2.5% at 3.46 pence Thursday morning.
