Adriatic Metals PLC - Gloucestershire, UK-based precious and base metals explorer and developer - Announced the resignation of John Richards from the board as a non-executive director following his nomination by Sandfire Resources Ltd, under the terms of the collaboration and strategic partnership deed between Adriatic and SFR. SFR said they have withdrawn their nomination of Richards.
