(Alliance News) - Altona Rare Earths PLC on Friday said it will not start trading on the London Stock Exchange on Monday, as previously planned.
The London-based mining exploration company said it is still working to finalise its prospectus for approval by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority. It now expects admission to take place at the end of this month.
Altona Rare added that as first step to transition to the London Stock Exchange from the AQSE Growth Market, its shares will cease trading on the latter on Friday evening.
Altona Rare Earth shares rose 14% to 7.25 pence each on Friday afternoon on AQSE in London.
