(Alliance News) - ADM Energy PLC on Monday said it has appointed former ExxonMobil Corp executive Peter Francis as non-executive chair, with Richard Carter, the current interim chair, moving to an executive role as chief operating officer.
ADM Energy said Francis, who spent 30 years with ExxonMobil, also worked for Royal Dutch Shell in Abuja, Nigeria, and was chief executive officer of Oracle Energy.
Additionally, Manuel Lamboley will join ADM Energy as a non-executive director. A financier with over 30 years of experience, Lamboley was head of the Geneva office of William de Broe and also has held senior positions at Bank Julius Baer, Kidder Peabody, Paine Webber International and Prudential-Bache Securities, ADM said.
Meanwhile, Stefan Olivier has stepped down from the board and leaves the company with immediate effect, ADM Energy said.
ADM Energy shares were down 1.5% in London at 5.42 pence each on Monday afternoon.
