(Alliance News) - ADES International Holding PLC said Friday Khaled Hassan will become chief financial officer of the oil & gas drilling firm from the start of December.
Hassan has over 25 years of experience in fiance roles, including as chief financial officer at Egypt-listed firm Cleopatra Hospitals Group. Hassan will replace current finance chief, Ahmed El Khatib.
"Firstly, I would like to thank Ahmed El Khatib for his continued commitment and hard work during the past transformational years," Chief Executive Officer Mohamed Farouk said before adding that he was "delighted" Hassan was joining the firm.
"His extensive financial experience will be a strong asset to the group as we continue our growth trajectory," Farouk added. "I look forward to working with him at this time of significant opportunity for ADES."
Shares in ADES were untraded at USD13.00 in London on Friday.
