Adept4 Finance Head Ian Winn Resigns, Search For Successor Begins

LONDON (Alliance News) - IT services provider Adept4 PLC said Tuesday its Chief Financial Officer Ian Winn has resigned with immediate effect to pursue "other interests".

Winn - CFO since 2016 - will be replaced by Nick Deman as interim finance director. Deman - a chartered accountant - previously served as interim finance director at Thruvision Group PLC. The company has commenced a search for a permanent successor to Winn.

"We thank Ian for his contribution to the business and are pleased to welcome Nick to the Group whilst we search for a permanent successor," Adept4 Chairman Simon Duckworth said.

Shares in in Adept4 were untraded at 2.4 pence on Tuesday.
