LONDON (Alliance News) - Adamas Finance Asia Ltd on Monday said it has agreed to make a USD3.0 million investment in the Adamas Greater China Credit Fund, which is run by Adamas Global Alternative Investment Management Inc.
It is the second contribution it has made to the fund, bringing its total investment up to USD4.0 million. The new investment has been made as the company is able to redeploy capital generated from its legacy high-yield asset portfolio.
"We are delighted to be in a position to make this investment in GCCF which has been delivering strong results and I am hopeful we will be able to announce further investments before the year end, as referenced in our recently announced interim results," said John Croft, Adamas Finance Asia's chairman.
Adamas shares were untraded on Monday, having last traded at 0.550 pence.
